Balcony with Spiral Staircase.

This project was our largest to date and certainly had us working hard. The 6.2 by 3.4 meter balcony deck has a frosted glass floor to let light pass through and keep the room underneath naturally lit.

Allong with the glass paneled handrail the balconay leave the surrounding view uninterupted from the deck. The deck is also designed for wheelchair access from inside so is toatally level with the floor inside.

The custom spiral staircase is integrated seamlessly into the balcony with it being constructed arround on of the supporting columns creating a stylish acess between the two floors.
