Returns policy for tools and other ordered products from our website
All requests for returns must be submitted with the relevant proof of purchase, receipt or order confirmations, any return request submitted without this will be denied.
The customer must understand that all items in our store and hand made and so will all be slightly different, the item received may not be the exact item in the photographic listing but will meet the same listing description and specifications.
The customer has a right to a refund if they inform us, they wish to cancel the transaction for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods, the customer the has a further 14 days from the date they inform us to return the goods to us. We will pay the refund to the account we where initially paid from within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
After this initial 14-day period after the customer has received the good, they must provide good reason, this may include but is not limited to, the goods not fitting description given or arriving to the customer in a damaged condition. Regret of purchase is not sufficient to be entitled to a refund.
If the goods have become damaged through reasonable use you may be entitled to refund, repair or replacement, but through misuse or modification, by you or any other person, we take no liability, and you will not be entitled to any refund, repair or replacement.
