This is one of our Damascus steel knives. Modeled after a japanese Nakiri the thin blade with a single sided bevel is a toatal vegetable destroyer!

The knife is froged from our own Damascus steel where we stack alternating layer of different steels and fire weld them together to then manipulate the pattern to create the interesting black shapes in the surface for the knife.
